   "These guys are pretty good for being new.  Their rates aren't the best, and it took the tech an extra ten minutes to come out to my house than I expected (but this was probably my fault for not being as specific as to where my apartment was).  But the work was good, and the guy who came out seemed real cool."

   "I spent over an hour calling all the multiple computer companies on craigslist, and finally decided to give these guys a try.  When I took my computer into their shop, I was a little uneasy.  The place doesn't exactly look all fancy like Best Buy or Geek Squad.  But my attitude quickly changed when I spoke to Stan.  Real nice guy.  Guess he came over from Russia or something.  Anyways, he quoted me THREE days to remove the viruses off my computer (Geek Squad said at least 7), and actually got it done in two.  Haven't had a problem since i got it back, and its even running faster than it was.  Just wanted to write a little something and give these guys their props."

   "I gotta say, what I really love about these guys is that they're a small company.  I been to Geek Squad and TechService2U and left with headaches and an empty wallet.  But when I called these guys up, the dude on the phone actually tried walking me through my internet connection problem on the phone!  He spent over 30 minutes helping me, and once we were done I was all like "So what's the charge?"  He turns around and says "I didn't do the work sir, you did, no charge necessary."  I was floored.  I came in by the shop later that day and gave Cameron 30 bucks as a thank you for his time.  I turned around and wrote a review of the company at his request.

Not sure what all these people are making a fuss about.  These guys seemed pretty average to me.  I mean the price might be cheap, but for what, a couple of kids to work on my computer?  I'd rather take it to an actual COMPANY next time.  I'm not dissatisfied, but I'm not overly impressed, either.  I got what I paid for, I left, that's that."

   "My iTunes was all messed up because of my lil' sister, and geek squad wanted over 200 bucks just to come out to my house to take a look at it!  I called up these guys, had a tech out an hour later, and had my problem fixed.  He even optimized my computer too, even though it just ate into his time.  I ended up paying less then a hundred bucks to have my itunes fixed and my computer running like I just bought it.  Nothing else I can say other then ROCK ON!"
